Policies

T his enchanting cottage is privately owned; and our objective is to make your stay very special.   We provide you with a clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well-maintained home located in the picturesque residential village of Oceanside, Oregon.

*  There is NO SMOKING in the cottage (smoking permitted outside only); and NO PETS are allowed anywhere on the premises. 

*  MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 8, including children, or by special pre-arranged permission.

*  PARKING at the house is limited to two cars or one car and one trailer boat.  We encourage carpooling, but if needed, there is additional parking in the public parking lot a short distance away.  Overnight occupancy of campers, RVs, tents, or cars is not allowed.

*  RATES (Memorial Day week-end to October 14th):  $235 to $300/night.  Off-season special (October 15th to Memorial Day week-end:  $235/night or $550/3 nights ($550/3 excludes Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year's).   Some holidays have minimum stay.   There is an $80 cleaning fee if stay is less than 4 nights

*  RESERVATION POLICY:  One-half the rent is required to secure reservation; and balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy date except summer months of June, July, August, September, and Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year's, Memorial Day, and Labor Day holidays require payment 60 days before occupancy.   Payment may be made by personal check, VISA or MasterCard.

*  CANCELLATION POLICY:  There is a 30-day cancellation policy except June, July, August, and September, and Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year's, Memorial Day and Labor Day holidays which require a 60-day cancellation.   There is a $50 cancellation fee.
